Q.

#asktheexpert My 1 year old has a dry scalp. I currently use Spoo baby shampoo as recommended by the pediatrician 3 times a week. Initially used Johnson and Johnson and Himalaya. If I don't use oil in her head twice a day she has a dry and flaky scalp. What shall I do?

A. continue with spoon shampoo. Rub a small amount of a pure, natural oil – such as almond or olive oil – on your baby's scalp and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Gently comb out the flakes with a fine-tooth comb or brush them out with a soft brush.

A. See Seems like your child is suffering with and which is why you are using this shampoo and oil cannot be used because of the dandruff issues so it is too dry try are you can ask your doctor which oil would be fruitful to apply as of now and since your child is too sMall as of now if it is okay for you if you get your child’s head shaved of 2 to 3 times I think the hair growth would be much better as well as this issue will be completely of
