#AskTheExpert My 1 year 4 month spilled hot milk on his body and burned. Doctor mentioned it's a 1st degree burn, nothing to worry. Asked to apply Silverx ionic ointment two times a day and also gave Ibuprofen Plus 3.5 ml three times day after food for two days. Right now I am applying the ointment on top of the previous apply. Do I need to clean it before applying? If yes, how to clean it?(Few suggested not to touch with water). How many days should I continue applying the Silverx ointment?
