#asktheexpert my 1 year 3weeks baby is not willing to eat anything neither breakfast nor lunch nothing she is interested... not opening her mouth if she does spitting all the food.. this is happening from 1week & we are tired trying we don't know how we can make her eat.. she is only taking formula..

many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food.
so kindly go for different recipesx and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child.
at the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite.

give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.
