My kid is also suffering from diaper rash for more than a week. We visited the doctor for the same and he suggested to use siloderm cream and coconut oil alternately on the affected area. Also we have avoided using wipes and use cloth dipped in warm water to clean his private area after passing stools. we use disposable diapers only at night and during the day we use normal cloth nappy. He seems to be passing stools often though it does not exceed 10 times a day. It has been a week since we have been following this medication, but the issue still persists. Is there anything else we should try or take care of to make sure he is free of diaper rash?
