#AskTheExpert Mine is C section delivery While breastfeeding, burp and carrying my 74 days old baby boy I have pain in my stitches what to do to over come this pain

Give adequate feeding
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply aloe Vera gel
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Burp well after every feeding
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables to increase your milk
More sucking leads to more milk
