ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. Make sure that you have a rule out a pregnancy by doing a pregnancy test. It takes about six months to one year for the cycles to become regular and you have to use contraception in between to avoid accidental pregnancy.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. These kind of irregularities are common upto one year after delivery. Please eat healthy food items like fresh fruits and dry fruits. Take lots of green vegetables and dairy products on daily basis. Please use proper contraceptive measures to avoid any kind of accidental pregnancy till the periods become regular. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for hormonal imbalances.
