If you are not breastfeeding the child and you can start with dieting and if You Are 10 months over your delivery and if you had a C-section then go for a proper work out that’s going to help and in your diet increase your protein intake and reduce down on your sugar or any thing which you feel is unhealthy and you are consuming it more and increase the water in fluid intake
