A. i chkd to doctor they have given medicine ondansetron setup metronidazole n pcm tablet.they daughter got pain give her to pcm

A. there are multiple causes of headache in children and for immediate relief you can give paracetamol which is a good painkiller also. see that the child is consuming plenty of fluids because many times less water in the body can cause headache. the other czommon causes are nutritional deficiency as well as anemia and decrease sleep and more screen time if going on according to age. paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day but if the pzroblem is occurring again and again please visit the doctor to rule out any major pathology

Last week she had a viral fever(103) fever last for 3 days after that she got a stomach infection after stomach infection she was complaining of stomach ache when we tk her t d hospital they suggest us t go for sonography (in reports they said she hv little swelling in her intestine) now she is fine.
