A. drink lukewarm water. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. have more fresh fruit and vegetables. strictly avoid oily and junk food. walk for half an hour daily

A. have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice.
