Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, hair fall is very common post pregnancy. Though it is common but requires proper care. You must eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet.
Drink lots of water.
Oil your hair regularly. And wash only twice a week.
