Postpartum and hair fall is very common with Women so currently I’m just going to recommend you that you should take good amount of proteins into the diet have healthy food liquid along with that start with omega-3 and iron supplement and also have iron rich food and you can make an onion coconut oil which you can apply at least three times in the week for better result
