Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part ocf viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom This is due to low immunity U can give chayawamprash to ur baby to boost immunity. Give fruits rich in vitamin C to boost immunity like lemon ornage mausambi pineapple lemon kiwi strawberry guava etc. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to improve the immunity
