Keep The eyes clean you can wash it regularly with water so that there is cleanliness and hygiene maintain into the eyes try to win this for 3 to 4 days if the situation is better by then then it is perfectly alright otherwise you’ll have to consult your paediatrician for a check up and eyedrops relating to the issue
