Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor after diagnosis.it may be any infection or allergy.it is not so related to food items but seasonal changes may aggravate.maintain good immunity of the child with proper diet and supplements. if with fever too ,calpol can be given three times a day.give steam inhalation to relieve blocked nose and nasoclear drops can also be used multiple times. Cough Syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productive you can give ascoril-ls or ambrodil syrup for now only n continue only after doctor's advice.avoid refrigerated items and give simple home-made preparations as required.child will gradually begin to eat as symptoms resolve. it

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Use saline nasal drops Give indirect steam inhalation
