#AskTheExpert Mere baby ki malish wali usko janam ghutti me almond, apricot, kesar, ambahaldi, dry dates (kharak), honey and nutmeg (jaiphal) deti h. Is it safe for my 2 month baby.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Janam ghutti Cannot be given to the child before the age of one year and you are giving so many things along side to the child which is completely restrictions so please do not give it to the child you can only introduce things after the age of one year
