AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom White patches on skin is fungal infection or nutrient deficiency in baby. U can apply coconut oil on the face. If u see some improvement then continue to apply this. If it does not improve then you need to consult with your doctor for the same
