NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello it will start falling after 6 years and or 7 years and it is normal and nothing to worry about and not a problem just make sure to meet in a proper oral hygiene and try using a fluoride free toothpaste like babyhug which will help and nothing to worry
