Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. constipation is a common problem where diet modification is very importgjgjant encourage high fibre diet and lot of fluid intake avoid food which aggravates constipation medication is second option only

Initially When you introduce semisolid food to the child these things are very common so don’t worry about it as such you just continue giving good amount of water and liquid to the child slowly gradually you will overcome this issue but it will take some time but water is the key to it
