#asktheexpert /mera Baby 2year ka ho gya hai, usko hard potty ki samasya hai,potty bhi 3-4 din me jata hai koi achi syrup bataiye?

A. hi parent, the most common cause of constipation in this age group is inadequate hydration and lack of fibre in diet, so dietary change including fibre rich diet like ragi corn along with fruits to be given, adeauate hydration with oral fluids to be maintained
