In total 80 if a mother Gange somewhere around a 5 kg to 15 kg in pregnancy and that is considered a really good a minimum of 10 should definitely be there but if you are not giving you feel sufficiently as per the time of your pregnancy then it’s better to consult a nutritionist regarding this
