A. you should have fresh cook food in proper amount daily and have Apple mosambi orange and banana one fruit daily of any type also keep yourself well hydrated have spinach tomato and beetroot soup almost daily so that your immunity will increase and weight gain will also happen and reduce on salt and sugar intake so that you will not get checker
