ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear parent, babies normally tend to sit from the age of 5-6 months. outside food should be given only after completion of 6 months. until then you should exclusively breastfeed. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
