Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child. For cold you can give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly. Indirect steam can also be given. For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink. . For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child f

Allegra you can give to the child twice in a day it’s an anti-allergic but I would recommend you to take proper medicines from your doctor as so irritation is also there so there could be a possibility of throat infection and the doctor would be able to help you with right medicines to follow
