A. mam homemade masala oats are healthy for the kid. you can buy plain oats from market like Saffola or Quaker plain oats. then you can saute vegetables and add oats to those veggies and add water and cook till oats are cooked properly. you should also give soaked almonds and walnuts to the baby and give roasted makhanas
