however with a well nutritious meal can include weight gaining foods like potato ,sweet potato, ragi, banana, nuts and oilseeds powder, eggs , milk and milk products, dals and pulses preparations .
avoid processed and packaged foods.
make sure child is well hydrated

Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water, packaged and processed food, maida items, excess sugar and salt
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
