A. Hello dear parent,according to the symptoms a proper physical examination needs to be done by your doctor to get the appropriate treatment suggestions after clinical evaluation. it is difficult to comsment herelike this. only after knowing proper finding regarding the clinical signs and symptoms it is possible to advise appropriately.. your examining doctor is the best judge to assess the condition and treat accordingly.take care .
