ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mam that varies with women and their BMI , over all in the term of pregnancy and over all 10 to 12 kgs is gained and the rapid gain mostly occurs between 2nd and in some at 3 rd trimester . So about 3 to 5 kgs
