#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko Why is my 5month baby girl fussy all of a sudden? She shows signs of being irritated everyday around afternoon till the time she sleeps. Moreover she becomes too stiff and while breastfeed she tries to bite the nipples as well. She shows signs of not being comfortable and keeps crying if put on bed..

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. can be gas so. Gas issue is quite common in newborn babies. Give only mother milk to baby avoid use of bottle feeding burp baby after every feed for 20 minutes my keeping baby on shoulder. You can do cycling motion of the legs and also massage tummy gently . Can give gastica drops 1ml to baby for gas. Colic pain is maximum at night time and and makes the baby cry whole night give drops meftal spas or colicaid 0.5 ml at evening or night time .
