A. Hi Add lot of protein rich foods like Dal's, sprouts, milk, paneer, egg, fish, chicken, soya chunks, in baby's meals Add vegetables, green vegetables fruits and nuts too daily Avoid junk, fried, bakery foods also avoid biscuits chocolate sugar laden drinks bread cakes completely
