it happens because of low intake of fluids and low fiber diet.
so please keep your child well hydrated
offer fiber rich food like palak puree, prune juice, fruit like pear, banana etc to your child
give Massage to your child daily
give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands
move your child's legs in cycling motion
maintain good hygiene
