Hello ma’am What ever you just mentioned is completely common vomiting is fine snoring is fine and passing motion 3 to 5 times or maybe six times in a day is completely fine and normal with a child of 6 to 8 months so as of now I don’t see anything there to be worried about so you can also relax over there
