Q.
#asktheexpert #MamyPoko my kid do poop usually after 3-4 days.and his fart smells terrible. he is on breast milk only.does he has constipation. do i need to add something in my diet so that his problem will get solved. what should i do to make him poop daily.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is very normal that small children may not pass stool for 10 days also and if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid then there is no need to worry about the frequency of stool and it will improve with increasing age of the child

Constipation is common in néw born babies. Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more. Breast feed babies are rarely constipated. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry.
