#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko my Insiya always passes very hard stool. . and sometimes even skip days. . as she will do it on alternate days. . is this Ok or should I see a pediatrician?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. baby is 3 years old in case baby is having a lot of constipation then you can try giving fibre rich food items and give more of cereal which have intact skin like oats and also broken wheat

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom in case of svere constipation apply mustard oil on the place of passing motion along with healthy and nutritional diet which is full of fibre and give warm water every time and add two or three drops of warm ghee in her milk one time a day
