Hi, if the motion is too smelly and baby is passing motion in the watery form and very frequently like after every feed then it might be the sign of infection. Please get the baby evaluated and start with a medicine dosage. Maintain hygiene. Exclusively breastfeed once in every two hours and keep your baby well hydrated which is best for baby at this age.Write Your Answer Here
