#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko my baby us 1y old he stopped drinking milk completely. now sometimes he doesn't eat properly while he used to eat so much. please guide what to do. his birth weight was 3.25 now he's almost 9kg. I'm very much concerned.

break fast as poha cheela suji halwa upma dosa uthapam idly cornflakes chocos
mid morning any fruits
lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
evening snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka
dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
try developing the fooding interest have meal together make the meal time happy family time
