#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko my baby is 3 months old and she is just 4 kg what extra can be given to her in order to increase her weight. I am giving 720 gram of similac advance per day

A. child should double it's birth weight by completion of six months.. you should give only breastmilk till six months for healthy growth and weight. start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements. mother should take healthy diet

A. Just milk is sufficient. Make sure you govr frequently. Like make sure that you try to to feed for longer time duration. Like 15-20 mins each breast. So what happens is This way baby will get balanced foremilk and hind milk. Foremilk comes in the beginning for 5-10 mins then comes the hind milk which is rich in fats and can help baby gain weight.
