#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko my baby is 12 months old and he did pass the motion since yesterday and he is farting too. he passed little hard motion in the morning. what can I do for him to pass free motion.

A. no need to worry about this this is normal Constipation is quite common in babies you have to do modification of food will be taking we have to include fibre in the diet of the baby you lot of fruits seasonally available like mango papaya banana and adequate water for the baby to drink
