For any kind of skin problem like any rashes or spots over the skin in any part of the body it is important to do clinical assess'ment and know the proper histiory before suggesting any treatment so please consult your dermatologist or pediatrician for proper treatment .

Vritika AroraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi dear Apply coconut oil on the face before sleeping and masage it for 2-3 minutes. This will help to even the skin tone. Wash face next morning. Apply it daily for best results. Take care and good luck
