Author of questionGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. thanks dr Sameer sir I always changing my baby diaper in every 2-3 hours and i used cloth diapers in day time and disposal for night time only..

Diaper should be change frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly whohich will be more helpful in reducing the rashes diaper should not be used very frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with the skin
Also maintain proper hygiene and avoid dampness which can cause secondary fungal infection.

May be size is not appropriate of the diaper.
u Can buy babyhug anti rash dippers that are soft on skin.
Need to give diaper free time in between to your baby to prevent rashes
