SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, apply coconut oil on the rashes repeat it 2 to 3 times in a day until the rashes are gone. Whenever you are putting a new diaper make sure to apply little coconut oil and then put a diaper. After bath make sure to apply body lotion and keep the skin moisturised. Give adequate liquid like buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home, water and keep your baby well hydrated which is good for skin.Write Your Answer Here
