#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko hlo mam.... I have 3 months old baby and I'm a working women.... n I'm also a breastfeeding mother but due to my work it's been difficult for me to feed my baby on tym.... can I use any other milk or milk powder to feed my baby..? if then which milk powder or milk I can use so that my baby don't get any problem.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you can continue to exclusively breastfeed your child even while you are working. It requires motivation from your side. Breastfeed baby before and after coming back from work. While at work, baby can be fed with expressed breast milk. Breast milk stays good at room temperature for 6 hours and in the chiller section of refrigerator for 24 hours.
