AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom This is due to nutrient deficiency in baby that the hair are falling and eyelashes are also falling. U need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe supplements after the proper evaluation of the baby
