#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko hi doctor, my son is 3 and a half months old...his weight is 6 kgs..he is sleeping through the night (6-8 hours) send doesn't wake up for a feed. should I wake him up for a feed.. please advise

A. don't. If urine count is good, weight is gaining, active, baby is not fussy, than at night it's okay not to feed during long stretch sleep. Initially it is said to have Breast feeding two hourly fir establishing mother's milk and learn to take feed by baby..

The Weight of your child is excellent according to the age also if your child is sleeping for a longer duration without waking up to take a feed that is also considered completely normal so you do not have to force feed the child neither you have to wake your child whenever your child will be hungry or shall we wake up and it’s only
