Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. per fever you can give paracetamol to the child which can be repeated maximum 4 times per day and also to body sponge which will help in decreasing the body temperature and meet your doctor after 3 days if it is not improving
