A. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/flatuna drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is common to spit the milk after feed,it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feedixnng also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally.you can give bonnisan drops 3 times a day too for better digestion.
