A. yes it is necessary to guve .Some running nose or phlem is due to the common cold and flu due to season change . Steam along with other home remedy like maintain baby temperature will help . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .Vaccines are important for prevention so it should be given on time and not be delayed much . Some delay is ok but vaccination chart should be followed and all vaccines are important that are in the chart .
