Dear mum, for weight gain of 9 months old baby, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Continue to breastfeed and give milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to every meal. Give 3 to 4 meals a day and up to three fourth katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.

You Please work upon a balanced nutritious diet you give good amount of proteins to your child fats and carbs on daily basis as of now you can also start with roti and Paratha for the child because it’s a very healthy food and you can combine it with any other veggie table or any other pulses that you want to give to the child
