A. Dear parent, if your baby is active and playful, do not worry about weight. For healthy weight gain and growth, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add nuts like almonds, walnuts and dry fruits like raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Give 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid processed and packaged foods.
