Don't worry about green stools because it is very commonly seen if your baby is having mild cold and cough or drinks formula milk.
Moreover the consistency and the frequency of stool matters more than the colour.

Green poop may indicate a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance in breastfed babies, which results in your baby is getting a larger portion of foremilk (watery milk) than hindmilk (thicker, fattier milk).
