#AskTheExpert Mam tell about postpartum periods , early periods is good for women....or it is abnormal.... people say past 1 year period cycle...has stopped so which is normal ... when to see a doctor

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. both ways ok. Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

mam ,it is all normal.
I mean to get periods right after delivery or to not get periods throughout the breasfeeding journey or to get irregular periods during breastfeeding journey.
so don't worry.
it is natural thing.
